Dermagram INSTITUT Booking Terms & Policy
Please review our policies prior to booking:
 

Deposit Policy
A HK$100 deposit (fully deductible from your final bill) is required to secure all bookings. Deposit is waived for active Value Plan members.

Cancellations & No-Shows
Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations, no-shows, or arrivals more than 15 minutes late will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Value Plan holders will have one service credit deducted.
 

Late Arrivals
We offer a 5-minute grace period. If you arrive after this time, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment may be shortened to respect the next guest's booking. Full service fees will still apply.
 

Health & Safety Disclosure
You are responsible for notifying us before your appointment if you are pregnant, have skin allergies/conditions, or have undergone cosmetic injections, laser or chemical peels etc.
